The headbutt epidemic continues, but now these domes of fury are being slammed down upon referees. And it looks like they're actually starting to hurt.
In a Showbol (indoor football) match between Botafogo and Corinthians, Corinthians old boy Viola did not appreciate a referee decision, so he unleashed a wicked chest bump to headbutt combination that sent the ref to the ground. Unlike Zidane or Eto'o's headbutts to the chest that only incited a bit of flopping around, Viola's do-ragged head-to-head contact caused the referee some actual pain. Viola didn't appear to care too much about that, though.
