2011 NFL Mock Draft: Green Bay Has a Lot of Talent, Few Needs

Defending Champs Can Do a Number of Things at No. 32

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a lot of reasons to be excited about things next season and it starts with his play.

Green Bay also found themselves a running back in James Starks and we could see Ryan Grant in another uniform next season.

The Packers' biggest needs are not glaring, more along the reinforcement type, and they could certainly trade out of the first round if they are not happy with who is available.

The set up for the draft leaves an entire day of reorganizing to franchises and the ever-dangerous Patriots sit at No. 33 (courtesy of Carolina) at the top of the second round.

If there is a player that any team really wants and does not trust the Patriots to sit tight, No. 32 could become a really hot pick.

Green Bay could sit tight though and they could use another pass rushing outside linebacker, reinforcements on the offensive line and another young cornerback to groom for Charles Woodson, who will be 35-years old.

Aaron Williams is a talented defensive back that could play cornerback or safety, could fit in as a nickel or dime back while learning from Woodson and will excel on special teams.

It is not a major need but it addresses a position that could use the reinforcements.
