Raul Gonzalez continues to rave about life in Germany

Following the popularity of Raul's first affirmation of his love of life in Germany, he returns to provide another joyous update.

Hello. My name is Raul Gonzalez. I do not like to write. But I must write again. I must write to respond to what others write about me. People write that I am not happy in Germany. People write that I am mad at Real Madrid. Nothing could be further from the truth.

My family and I like living in a big city in Germany. The city is beautiful in winter. White powder water falls on the old Gothic buildings. They look nice. True, white powder water also falls on my car. Each morning, I wake up and my car door does not open. Yesterday, I heated a glass of water in my microwave. I then poured hot water on my door. The glass window cracked and broke, but the door opened. Still, it was very cold driving to work. The white powder water never fell in Spain.

Despite the white powder water, I enjoy my work. I do not play every minute of every game, but I am important. I scored two hat-tricks in November. In fact, I led the Bundesliga in hat-tricks for November. I also scored more hat-tricks in November than any striker at Hamburg. Or Manchester City. Or Real Madrid. I am important. I am happy. I would never leave my job in Schalke City. I am not bitter. I am not resentful. I love it here.

A friend recently mentioned to me that Real Madrid's striker Gonzalo Higuain was injured. I learned this news late because I do not read Realmadrid.com everyday. My friend told me and I was sad for Higuain. I remember when he cleaned my cleats. Then another friend said that Real Madrid wanted to sign Ruud Van Nistelrooy. I was happy. Ruud is the second leading scorer in Champions League history. He would have been a great signing.

Another friend said Ruud did not sign. Instead, Real Madrid signed Manny Dadebuyer. I do not know Manny, but wish him well. As Real's all time leading scorer and available on a bargain transfer, I can imagine the pressure he feels. I do not envy him. I love living and working in Schalke City. I am not bitter. I am not quietly intense.
